By registering for the services of Qrcode-gen (referred to as "Service" or "Qrcode-gen" for short), you agree to the following terms and conditions (collectively referred to as the "Terms of Use"). Qrcode-gen reserves the right to modify and update these provisions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon being updated on the Qrcode-gen.com website. You should regularly check and update the provisions in these Terms of Use to ensure your rights are fully protected.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The service includes a web-based or mobile application that allows you to access and use a unique Qrcode-gen account. "Qrcode-gen" here is a tool for creating and managing QR codes. Qrcode-gen can contain information, data, text, images, videos, audio clips, generated through interactions during the use of the service (collectively referred to as "Content").
- 1. To use the service, you must be 13 years of age or older.
- 2. Provide a valid email address and other required information to complete the registration process.
- 3. Be responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Qrcode-gen cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account information.
- 4. Prohibit the transmission of any viruses or malicious code.
- 5. In case you violate the service terms and conditions, as well as the support system of the service, we have the right to restrict or disable your access and use of the service without notice.
- 6. In case of any violation of the terms of use, Qrcode-gen will immediately terminate your services.
INVOICES / PAYMENT
Additional usage packages may be added to the service and provided to you as a paid upgrade. If you choose an advanced package, you must pay a fee to Qrcode-gen. When choosing a paid package, you will need to provide Qrcode-gen with the necessary payment information ("Payment Data"). You can pay a subscription fee based on the number of QR codes you use monthly (use as many as you need).
Qrcode-gen is a product owned by Ninecode Joint Stock Company, so all transactions and tax invoice information will be provided by Ninecode Joint Stock Company for its customers.
OWNERSHIP / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Qrcode-gen owns all the content of Qrcode-gen, including the interface, graphic design, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property in Qrcode-gen's services. Anyone accessing Qrcode-gen is not allowed to use or copy any content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, or any other intellectual property. By using or accessing the service, you agree to comply with the current laws on intellectual property protection regarding copyright, trademarks, service marks, its services, websites, and their content.
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
You understand that the content creator is fully responsible for the information. This means that you, not Qrcode-gen, are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through your account. Qrcode-gen does not control the user-generated content posted through the service and, therefore, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the content.
You agree not to:
(A) upload, post, send, or provide any content that is believed to be illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, infringing upon the privacy rights of others, or otherwise objectionable;
(B) use the service to harm minors;
(C) impersonate any person or entity;
(D) falsify headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of the content;
(E) upload, post, or transmit any content that you do not have the right to transmit;
(F) upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of any party;
(G) upload, post, send email, or otherwise make available any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam;
(H) transmit any viruses or destructive code;
(I) interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service, or fail to comply with any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the service;
(J) knowingly or unknowingly violate any local, national, or international laws, regulations, or policies;
(K) monitor or harass others;
(L) propagate or provide information about illegal activities that harm individuals or organizations;
(M) advertise or offer to sell any products or services that (i) violate local laws, (ii) you are not authorized to sell, or (iii) Qrcode-gen determines to be inappropriate to be sold through the services provided by Qrcode-gen;
(N) disclose or steal personal login information without the permission of the individual or organization that provided it to you.
If any user is reported to be in violation of these provisions, Qrcode-gen has the right to terminate their account at any time without further notice.
SERVICE RESALE
You agree not to reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the service without explicit permission from Qrcode-gen.
INDEMNIFICATION
By using the service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qrcode-gen's employees, directors, agents, and third parties from and against any claims, losses, expenses (including attorney's fees), liabilities, arising out of or related to your connection or use of the services, including but not limited to your violation of the Terms and any complaint arising from the content you submit, post, or transmit while using the service.
